Tang Zhengyu (senior judge of the second rank), Han Chinese, was born in February 1961 in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province. He has a bachelor’s degree. He joined the Communist Party of China In July 1983. In July 1979, he enlisted in the army and served successively as student of Air Force Second Aviation Preparatory School, student of Aviation University Air Force, pilot of the 42nd Division of Air Force, and pilot of the 2nd Division of Air Force. In February 1988, he began his career in the court office and served successively as Clerk and Assistant Judge of Shanghai Intermediate People’s Court, Assistant Judge, Judge, Chief Judge, Tribunal Director Assistant, Deputy Director and Director of Civil Adjudication Tribunal No. 4 of Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate People’s Court. Now he is Member of Judicial Committee, Director of Commercial Adjudication Tribunal and Judge of Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate People’s Court.
