Zheng Xiuli (senior judge of the second rank), Han Chinese, was born in June 1964 in Quzhou, Zhejiang Province. She has a bachelor’s degree. She joined the Communist Party of China in January 1997 and started to work in October 1982. In October 1985, she began her career in the court office and served successively as Clerk, Assistant Judge and Judge of Shanghai Huangpu District People’s Court, Assist Judge of Case Filing Tribunal, Judge, Chief Judge Assistant, Deputy Director of Complaints and Proposals Office & Supervision Team Leader of Shanghai High People’s Court, Deputy Director, Director & Litigation Service Center Head of Case Filing Tribunal of Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate People’s Court. Now she is Member of Judicial Committee and Judge of Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate People’s Court.
