Jiang Nan (senior judge of the second rank), Han Chinese, was born in March 1969 in Jiangyou, Sichuan Province. After finishing his graduate study, he received a master’s degree in law. He joined the Communist Party of China in June 1996 and began his career in the court office since July 1990. He served successively as Clerk and Assistant Judge of Shanghai Intermediate People’s Court, Assistant Judge, Judge, Chief Judge, Tribunal Director Assistant, Deputy Director of Civil Adjudication Tribunal No. 5, Deputy Director of Civil Adjudication Tribunal, Deputy Director of Case Filing Tribunal & Head of Complaints and Proposals Office, and Juvenile Tribunal Director of Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate People’s Court. Now he is Member of Judicial Committee and Judge of Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate People’s Court.
