Xin Xianlin (senior judge of the second rank), Han Chinese, was born in June 1961 in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. After finishing his college study, he received a bachelor’s degree in law. He joined the Communist Party of China in June 1985 and began his career in the court office in October 1983. He served successively as Clerk, Assistant Judge and Judge of Shanghai No. 1 Intermediate People’s Court, Judge, Political Assistant and Deputy Director of Shanghai No. 1 Intermediate People’s Court, Member of Party Leadership Group, Vice President, Member of Judicial Committee and Judge of Shanghai Jinshan District People’s Court, Member of Party Leadership Group, Vice President, Member of Judicial Committee and Judge of Shanghai Xuhui District People’s Court, Member of Judicial Committee, Judge, Appeal Review Tribunal Director and Trial Supervision Tribunal Director of Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate People’s Court. Now he is Member of Judicial Committee and Judge of Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate People’s Court.
